Different angles,
Different perspective,
Different thought,
Different environments,
and most importantly,
a Different You.

Just like a Ferris Wheel, we all see things differently from each different angle and window. All of our views are beautifully different in so many ways.
Serving as a Resident Advisor for two years, I learned that everyone is the Same. We have just been walking in different directions with a similar mindset: hope.
It is you.
Resident Advisor... it sounds easy, but it's the sweat and tears behind every student's smile that made it memorable and amazing.
The most heart-touching part was building relationships and trust between me and them. This position taught me social justice, diversity, interpersonal skills, and how to give my heart away to strangers.
I planned over 15 events that augmented students' success. My students and I were more than just mentor and mentees; we are all friends in the end. Having them pour their hardship out to me was extremely personal and heartfelt. Because of them, I got to explore diverse sets of family values, personal morals, and the ethics of friends.
